NJINIKOM: ATUILAH FC LIFTS 2015 EDITION OF MAYORS CUP

The third edition of Mayor Terence Chah Bams tournament came to a close Saturday august 29th at the Njinikom municipal stadium in a grand finals match pitting Atuilah fc and wombong united. Atuilah fc defeated wombong united 4-3 through post match penalty shootout after 120 minutes of battle. The match that was watched by more than five thousand spectators was presided at by the DO for njinikom, Justin Bongtang. Speaking at the close of the thrilling and mouth watering encounter was mayor Trence chah bam who enjoined the youths of Njinikom to be focused as they returned to school, shy away from manipulation and not to sympathise with the Bokharam insurgency that has keep the entire nation on alert. On his part, the DO for Njinikom thanked the Njinikom municipal magistrate for having the youth at heart and for keeping the youth busy throughout the summer holiday.
Handing over the trophy, the Njinikom mayor added value to the general ecstasy by announcing that he will work with his collaborators to make sure njinikom sub division gets represented in the 3rd divion league in the net season and  a scholarship scheme to go operational come September 7th when schools open for the academic year. The scholarship scheme as announced by the mayor is a donation of a daughter of the soil, Irin Njuakom based in the USA who recently constructed and handed over a modern toilet to the Njinikom council. The scholarship at its maiden edition will benefit some 3 students who distinguished themselves in the last academic year and will last for half a decade.
To the mayor, the tournament walloped the some of five hundred thousand franc distributed in prizes and special compensation of participating teams and officials to encourage their come back in the net edition. Celebrations continued throughout the night at Atuilah quater with heaving drinking and feasting.

Party, Contribution Cards will determine true Militancy in the CPDM-Hon. Waingeh

The Cameroon Peoples Democratic Movement, CPDM, party through the Central Committee has since the 14 th of November 2014 engaged a nationwide campaign to identify its militants at the base through the sale of party and contribution cards. Traditional rulers told to be active in development activities

Village and quarter heads as well as ardos and sarkis in Fundong Subdivision who are all members of the Abassakom Traditional Rulers Association, ATRA, have been told that they have a very significant role to play in the developments of their respective communities and the entire municipality as a whole.
